DBT-III double-treat is produced on a grade 3 base foil with treatment applied to both the matte and drum side. These copper foils are designed for inner layer applications.
The standard treatment is Treatment-of-Brass for epoxy applications. Performance benefits include:
- •Effectively eliminates “pink ring".
- •Reduced cost with the elimination of oxide process.
- •HTE characteristics eliminates inner layer foil cracking.
